Refund & cancellation policy

Please read this before confirming your booking.

1. WATERFALL GUEST HOUSE does not provide cash refunds for bookings.

2. If you need to cancel an approved booking, use Reset booking from your booking dashboard more than 30 minutes before the scheduled check-in time.

3. Resetting a booking releases the selected room or pool time slot so that another guest can book it.

4. A 20% cancellation charge is retained by WATERFALL GUEST HOUSE. The remaining 80% is kept in your WATERFALL Wallet for a future booking.

5. Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash. They can only be used for bookings at WATERFALL GUEST HOUSE.

6. The Reset booking option is no longer available when 30 minutes or less remain before check-in.

7. If a guest does not check in, the system may reset the booking 30 minutes after the scheduled check-in time and release the slot.

8. Please contact WATERFALL GUEST HOUSE before check-in if you need assistance with your booking.
